"We Will Eliminate Every Terrorist"
Israel has reported that it killed one of the masterminds behind the October 7, 2023 terror attack through an airstrike on the Palestinian Gaza Strip.
On June 28 (local time), the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced via X (formerly Twitter) that it had eliminated Hakam Muhammad Isa Al Isa, a senior Hamas official, through a targeted airstrike in the Sabra area of the Gaza Strip the previous day.
The IDF claimed that Al Isa led Hamas training and was one of the planners of the October 7 terror attack. The IDF further explained that he was responsible for combat support and also directed aerial and maritime attacks against Israel.
The IDF emphasized that Al Isa was one of the few senior officials remaining in the Gaza Strip, stating, "We will track down and eliminate every terrorist involved in the October 7 massacre."
Since the outbreak of the Gaza war following Hamas's surprise terror attack on October 7, Israel has intensified its offensive against the Palestinian Gaza Strip and has successively killed senior figures such as Yahya Sinwar, working to dismantle the Hamas organization.
