Hyper Corporation announced on the 27th that it has decided to carry out a third-party paid-in capital increase worth 37 billion KRW in order to raise funds for operations and other purposes.
The company stated that the purpose of the third-party allocation capital increase is "to normalize management through the procurement of operating and other funds."
A total of 14,515,492 new shares will be issued at an issue price of 2,549 KRW per share. Of the funds raised, 1.8 billion KRW will be used for operating capital, while 35,199,980,000 KRW will be allocated for other funds related to new business development.
The allocation recipients include FANATIC STRATEGIC HOLDINGS PTE. LTD (5,786,582 shares), 210K Capital, LP (3,972,145 shares), among others.
