Invitation of Experts in Law, Construction, Finance, and Asset Management Fields
HMK Holdings Group, which operates the NPL (non-performing loan) special asset trading platform "BankapNPL," is publicly recruiting partners among top experts in various fields.
HMK Holdings is preparing to launch the "BankapNPL" platform, which will enable the trading of special assets entangled in more than 50 types of legal issues, such as retention rights and statutory superficies, at around 50% of market value. This platform is a "total solution" that integrates the entire value-up process, from resolving legal issues to development, construction, merchandising, sales, remodeling, and alternative financing support. Through this partnership, the company aims to strengthen the platform's exclusive position and provide participating experts with tangible opportunities to generate revenue.
The company explained that this recruitment is part of a strategy to proactively respond to changes in the real estate market and expand its profit model in collaboration with experts. An HMK Holdings representative stated, "HMK Holdings possesses a database of approximately 200,000 NPL special assets, which the partner group will have exclusive access to. Once the business is officially launched, revenue will be generated at each value-up stage, including litigation, leasing, interior design, and alternative finance. In addition, various supplementary business models such as real estate exchange brokerage, NPL special asset academies, and YouTube lecture revenue are also linked."
The invitation targets ten specialized fields, including construction, law, rights analysis, asset management, negotiation, and tax administration. The company is seeking corporate or individual experts with at least 10 to 20 years of practical experience in each field, with preference given to those who have managed large-scale construction or real estate projects. Partners will be provided with a premium office space of 563 pyeong near Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam free of charge, along with independent offices, dedicated secretaries, meeting rooms, large monitors, and comprehensive office amenities.
Kim Jaedong, Chairman of HMK Holdings Group, stated, "We want to offer a new opportunity to those who have previously managed over 100 billion won in the construction and real estate sectors but are currently facing difficulties due to business liquidation," emphasizing that this partnership recruitment is not merely a collaboration but a proposal for mutual growth. He added, "We aim to create a department store for NPL special assets and plan for the future together with those who have practical experience and expertise."
The "BankapNPL" platform is scheduled to open in July.
