Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere Eases Parenting Concerns with Specialized Kids, Pet, and Education Services

Kolon Global (CEO Kim Jungil) announced that it will open a model house on July 4 and introduce a wide range of care and education-focused content at "Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere," which is scheduled to be supplied in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City.

Kolon Global has signed business agreements with three companies?Jjaekkakseom, Mogwai, and Jongno M School?and, for the first time in Daejeon, plans to provide "All Family Life Care" services by utilizing a space of approximately 660 square meters within the complex's commercial facilities.

First, Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere will feature the children's experience and care brand "Jjaekkakseom" and the pet care brand "MOGWAI" within the complex, offering special experience programs for both children and pets. These facilities are designed to enhance the overall quality of life for all generations, including not only children but also guardians with pets, and will be established as a rare "kids and pet integrated life care complex" in Korea.

"Jjaekkakseom" is an offline kids program space designed by the childcare platform "Jjaekkakagwo," which is based on approximately 220,000 hours of education and care data. As more parents are experiencing practical difficulties and burdens in childcare and education, the platform has gained explosive popularity in the Seoul metropolitan area, to the extent that the new term "Jjaeksekwon" (referring to areas near homes where Jjaekkakagwo services are available) has emerged.

The Jjaekkakagwo facility within the commercial area of Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere will offer care and experience programs for children aged three and above, including preschoolers and lower elementary school students. It will introduce new programs every month on various themes such as drawing, urban farming, sensory activities, and studio experiences. With professional teachers on-site, children will be provided with safe and diverse experiences, and an all-day care program including meals will also be available, allowing guardians to have peace of mind and personal time. In particular, residents will receive one hour of free playground use per day, which is expected to substantially reduce the burden of childcare.

"MOGWAI," which will also be introduced, is a space that provides one-stop care services for dogs, such as kindergarten, hotel, and grooming, in line with the era of 15 million pet owners in Korea. Trainers will be stationed on-site to provide customized education, and the facility will combine time-based boarding centers with hygiene and grooming care, making it possible to take care of all pet needs within the complex. Residents will be offered free one-on-one classes (four times per month) when using the pet kindergarten, which is expected to ease the burden of pet education and care.

The complex will also include Jongno M School, one of Korea's leading education brands. It will offer differentiated curricula and personalized learning, with various programs such as English, mathematics, self-directed learning, and test preparation. In particular, residents will receive a practical benefit of a 50% discount on tuition for two years (30% discount for Chinese character education), significantly reducing the financial burden of children's education.

A sales representative said, "We planned this solution to help modern mothers who face career interruptions due to lack of childcare support or who struggle with childcare and education. We are actively considering additional measures to further enhance the educational satisfaction and quality of life for resident families."

Meanwhile, Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere is a super high-rise apartment complex to be built in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, with five basement floors and up to 49 above-ground floors, exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 119 square meters, and a total of 998 units. Currently, a promotional center is being operated in Eunhaeng-dong (Euneungjeongi Culture Street), Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and the model house is scheduled to open on July 4 in Doan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City.
