During his five-minute speech, Oh emphasized the importance of revitalizing the local alley economy in Seo-gu and supporting small business owners. He proposed that efforts should be made to provide practical support, and suggested that everyone should work together to ensure that President Lee Jaemyung's pledges related to Seo-gu are reflected in national policy tasks and properly implemented.
He also stressed the need to move away from project-centered administration that focuses merely on budget execution or physical outcomes, and to transition toward value-centered administration that realizes values and transforms residents' lives.
Oh stated, "A value-based administrative evaluation system that designs policies and assesses change with values at its core must also be established," and proposed, "Let us lead the era of value transformation in Seo-gu in line with the new era being shaped by the Lee Jaemyung administration."
