S2W Holds Annual Technology Conference 'SIS 2025'

Sharing AI and Security Insights

S2W announced on the 26th that it held its annual technology conference, 'SIS 2025: MOVEMENT,' where participants discussed the latest technology trends and related topics.


The event, held on the afternoon of the 26th at the Chosun Palace Seoul Gangnam, was organized under the theme of 'Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Data Society.' The conference adopted the concept of 'MOVEMENT,' symbolizing the dynamics of technology trends and the flow of data. AI and security experts from the corporate sector, academia, and public institutions participated to share practical experiences and technical insights, with approximately 600 attendees present at the venue.


'SIS (S2W Intelligence Summit)' is an event organized by S2W since 2022 to provide a platform for exchanging knowledge about the impact of technology and data on daily life and society.

The keynote speech was delivered by Shin Seungwon, Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering at KAIST. Professor Shin spoke on the topic 'From Chaos to Insight: How AI Finds Meaning in Data,' explaining the roles AI can play throughout the entire process from data collection to analysis and deriving insights.


Track 1 featured presentations by key figures from major domestic companies, including: ▲Quick-in strategies and application cases for corporate AI transformation (AX) by Kim Gunwoo, Head of AI Solutions Team at Innocean; ▲SecuAider: Redefining cybersecurity for the digital maritime era by Lee Jaeyeon, Head of SW Team at Hanwha Systems; ▲Building Lotte Members' 'Segment Lab' by Oh Kyungmi, Head of DT Division at Lotte Members; and ▲Replicating consumers: How synthetic consumers are changing the future of market research by Baek Seungkuk, CEO of Intellisia.


At the same time, Track 2 covered topics such as: ▲The hidden costs of AI adoption? Turning crisis into opportunity by Lee Seunghyun, Head of KE Team at S2W; ▲State-sponsored hacking groups' theft of virtual assets empowered by AI by Lee Seulgi, Senior Researcher at Korea Internet & Security Agency; ▲Trends in AI Agent Orchestration technology by Hwang Jaeseong, Manager of Agent Planning Team at SK Telecom A.Dot; and ▲Reflections on building authentic AI by Choi Daejin, Professor at Ewha Womans University College of Artificial Intelligence.


Additionally, a 'LIVE ZONE' was operated, where participants could experience S2W's enterprise lightweight generative AI platform 'SAIP Lite' and the cyber threat intelligence (CTI) platform 'QUAXAR' for businesses and institutions.


Suh Sangduk, CEO of S2W, stated, "We plan to continue actively providing meaningful opportunities for knowledge sharing that can foster the growth of the AI ecosystem across both security and industry in the future."
