On June 24, the Daegu Gyeongbuk Headquarters of Korea Expressway Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the College of Social Sciences at Keimyung University (Dean Lee Rory) to support college students participating in study room volunteer activities. Through this agreement, the company will provide substantial support to college student mentors working in study rooms for youth from vulnerable backgrounds.

Under the agreement, each college student participating in the learning volunteer program will receive up to 3 million won in scholarships, and a customized employment mentoring program?featuring direct participation from new employees of the Expressway Corporation?will also be offered.

The initiative aims to create a virtuous cycle of social contribution by giving college students opportunities to develop their capabilities through community service, while providing local youth with consistent learning opportunities.

In addition, the Daegu Gyeongbuk Headquarters of Korea Expressway Corporation is steadily carrying out various customized support projects for vulnerable youth under the slogan "Adding More Love+." These include learning support for out-of-school youth, the "Hope Dream" scholarship sponsorship for youth from low-income large families, and cultural experience support for youth from multicultural families.
