The donation ceremony, held in the mayor's reception room at city hall on the same day, was attended by Jang Geumyong, Acting Mayor of Changwon Special City, Park Sungkwan, Chairman of Yangsan City Facility Management Corporation, and Lee Kyungyun, Acting Chairman of Changwon Facility Management Corporation, among other key officials. Yangsan City Facility Management Corporation delivered a Hometown Love donation of 9.21 million KRW to Changwon Special City.

As with last year, this donation was made under a mutual donation agreement between Changwon Facility Management Corporation and Yangsan City Facility Management Corporation. It serves as a practical example of the mutual donation agreement aimed at revitalizing the Hometown Love Donation Program and promoting regional development.

The Hometown Love Donation Program allows individuals to receive tax deductions by donating to local governments other than their registered place of residence. Donors are provided with return gifts, which helps boost consumption of local agricultural and specialty products and contributes to economic revitalization in the donation region.

Acting Mayor Jang stated, "The donation from Yangsan City Facility Management Corporation will be used meaningfully for various welfare projects for Changwon citizens," adding, "I hope the solidarity between Changwon and Yangsan continues, and that even more organizations participate in the Hometown Love Donation Program."

Meanwhile, Changwon Special City is promoting designated donation projects through the Hometown Love Donation Program, including the "Cherry Blossom Revival Project," the "Masan Great Bell Installation Project," and the "Civil Support Navy Personnel Support Project."
