This project targets related organizations, businesses, and the general public within Changwon. The program visits participating institutions and groups to provide customized education for each audience, consisting of ▲demand-oriented population education and ▲an introduction to Changwon's population policies by life cycle stage.

Main topics include fostering a family-friendly culture, improving marriage culture, work-life balance, child-rearing, gender equality, the role of grandparents, intergenerational understanding, understanding demographic changes, and strategies for overcoming low birth rates. The content is selectively organized according to the interests and age groups of participants.

Oh Sumi, Director of Population Policy, stated, "Population issues are no longer the sole responsibility of experts or the government; they are challenges that all citizens must understand and address together." She added, "Through this Population Policy Talk, we hope more citizens will understand and make use of Changwon's population policies."

Meanwhile, Changwon plans to share practical benefits available to each citizen by introducing a variety of population policies tailored to different life stages, including marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, infants and toddlers, adolescents, young adults, middle-aged adults, and seniors.

Additionally, the city will support the settlement of foreign workers, international students, and marriage immigrants by introducing various policies in areas such as education, counseling, employment, culture, and daily life currently implemented in Changwon.
