Daedong Hospital (Director Lee Gwangjae) conducted an overseas training program for executives and employees for the first half of 2025 in Nha Trang and Da Lat, Vietnam, for five days starting from June 18.
This training was organized to promote exchanges among various job groups and to provide an opportunity for recharging. Choi Seongun, Deputy Director of the Digital Management Department, led the program. A total of 30 participants, including nurses, clinical laboratory technologists, radiologic technologists, physical therapists, paramedics, and hospital administrative staff, took part in the program.
The participants visited historical sites in Nha Trang, such as the Po Nagar Tower, Long Son Pagoda, and the Cathedral. In Da Lat, they rode the cable car to Truc Lam Temple and toured Xuan Huong Lake, taking time away from their daily routines.
Director Lee Gwangjae stated, "I hope this was a small but meaningful time for the staff who have quietly fulfilled their duties," and added, "We will continue to create a hospital where we can encourage each other and discuss our future together."
Deputy Director Choi Seongun said, "Due to shift work, we hardly had time to meet, but through this training, I was able to genuinely connect with colleagues from other departments," and added, "It was an opportunity to further strengthen communication and trust."
