Last Public Sale Apartment with Private Sector Participation
Kumho Construction is offering 'Osan Segyo Atera,' a public sale apartment with private sector participation, in the new city of Osan Segyo in Gyeonggi Province.
On June 24, Kumho Construction announced that it is currently selling units in 'Osan Segyo Atera,' located in Block A12 of Osan Segyo 2 District. The complex consists of six buildings with two basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, totaling 433 units with an exclusive area of 59 square meters. The number of units by type is as follows: 117 units of 59㎡A, 108 units of 59㎡B, 149 units of 59㎡C, and 59 units of 59㎡D.
Osan Segyo Atera is the last public sale apartment with private sector participation in Osan Segyo 2 District, and the price ceiling system applies. The sale price is around 13.3 million won per 3.3㎡, with units available starting from the low 300 million won range. There is no mandatory residency period, and the property can be transferred after registration of ownership.
This complex is the first residential project supplied by Kumho Construction in Osan. The residential brand 'Atera' has been applied, and the buildings are mainly oriented to the south for excellent sunlight. A specialized four-bay layout (for some units) provides a spacious and open feel. Storage spaces, such as entryway closets, have been included throughout the home to maximize space utilization. The complex will also feature a lawn plaza and various landscaped areas.
The development also boasts excellent transportation infrastructure. Residents can use Osan Station on Seoul Subway Line 1, and major expressways such as Osan IC (Gyeongbu Expressway), Hyangnam IC (Pyeongtaek-Hwaseong Expressway), and North Osan IC (Second Capital Area Ring Expressway) are nearby. The GTX-C line (planned) is being promoted at Osan Station, and the Dongtan Urban Railway, which will connect to Mangpo Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, is also planned.
Educational infrastructure is also accessible. Sites for elementary and high schools (planned) are within walking distance of the complex. Residents can easily enjoy the natural environment, shopping, and government services, with various green spaces in Osan Segyo 2 District as well as Emart Osan, Lotte Mart Osan, and Osan City Hall all located nearby.
A sales representative stated, "We are seeing continued interest from buyers due to the reasonable sale price compared to surrounding market rates, and the application of the Atera brand, which has proven its popularity in key areas such as Goyang and Cheongju." He added, "We expect Osan Segyo Atera to establish itself as a leading new residential area in the southern part of the Seoul metropolitan area, further strengthening its status as a new city brand, similar to Dongtan."
