Resident-Centered Administrative Services
On June 24, Yeongyang County in North Gyeongsang Province conducted the 'Comprehensive Visiting Civil Service' for the first half of 2025 at the Hwamae 2-ri village hall in Seokbo-myeon, aiming to stabilize residents' lives and improve access to civil services.
In particular, this 'Comprehensive Visiting Civil Service' focused on enhancing resident convenience and supporting daily life recovery by visiting Hwamae 2-ri, an area affected by wildfires this year, and providing various civil services to local residents in a one-stop manner.
The main services included: ▲ consultations on administrative, cadastral, and architectural civil matters ▲ welfare consultations and integrated case management ▲ operation of a rapid response team for daily civil complaints ▲ basic health check-ups and mental health management ▲ and blanket laundry services in cooperation with the Yeongyang County Comprehensive Volunteer Center.
In addition, related organizations such as the National Endangered Species Restoration Center participated, receiving a positive response from local residents.
County Governor Oh Dochang stated, "This visiting civil service goes beyond simply providing administrative services; it is a practical support measure to help local residents recover their daily lives after suffering significant damage from wildfires." He added, "We will do our utmost to provide tailored services by listening carefully to each and every resident in the field."
