The released footage shows a man staggering toward a police substation in Masanhoewon-gu, Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province. The man, not wearing a shirt but with it draped over his shoulders, walked across the substation parking lot and entered.

Once inside, the man stopped by the reception desk and then abruptly sat down on a chair. The police officers looked at him in disbelief. When the officers asked, "What brings you here? Please put on your shirt," the man responded aggressively, saying, "What did you just say? Should I take off my pants too?"

Taking advantage of the man's momentary distraction, the officers helped him put on his shirt, and another officer took his wallet and checked his ID. To their surprise, they discovered that the man was wanted for failing to pay a fine for a previous public indecency conviction.

When the officers asked, "Do you see that you're wanted?" the man suddenly apologized and pleaded to be allowed to go home. As he tried to leave, four officers blocked his way and arrested him, eventually handcuffing him. However, even after being handcuffed, the man resisted by kicking at the officers.

Even when the officers finished the paperwork for his transfer to the prosecution and tried to put him in the patrol car, the man stubbornly resisted getting in. Ultimately, the officers managed to get him into the police car and transported him. The police stated, "The man was immediately arrested at the scene and handed over to the prosecution."

Viewers who watched the video commented, "He turned himself in," "Since he came on his own, they had to catch him," "It's like a sitcom," "The officers must have a tough job," "Day drinking really is dangerous," and "What an entertaining world."
