Kwangsoo Kim, CEO of Dongseo Food, announced on the 24th that he participated in the "Population Issue Awareness Improvement Relay Campaign."
This campaign, jointly organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Human Resources Development Institute for Health and Welfare, was established to raise public awareness about demographic changes caused by low birth rates and population aging, and to urge a collective response for a sustainable future. Various organizations, companies, and local governments are participating, and the campaign proceeds in a relay format where each participant nominates the next. Dongseo Food operates various family-friendly policies to help employees achieve a balanced life between work and home.
