'ZIZEL LIFEGRAPHY SEOCHO', constructed by Dooson Construction Co., Ltd., is being developed on a 3,048.10㎡ site, with six basement floors and 22 above-ground floors, offering a total of 399 officetel units. The units are composed of Type A (56.42㎡, 105 units), Type A-1 (56.42㎡, 42 units), Type B (59.83㎡, 147 units), Type C (69.51㎡, 21 units), and Type D (56.16㎡, 84 units).


The complex features a design split into two towers, taking into account pedestrian flow and the surrounding environment. The first floor is designed with an 8-meter-high arch-shaped piloti, creating a garden space beneath the arch to provide a pleasant street environment.


The interiors are available in four types, catering to the lifestyles of two- to three-person households. Each type incorporates the latest residential trends, with a 2ROOM, 2BATHROOM layout, and ample storage space such as dressing rooms, maximizing spatial efficiency. Premium interior finishes are also provided completely free of charge.


Residents will enjoy a range of community facilities, including a fitness club, swimming pool, and rooftop garden. Additionally, a neighborhood facility with a bakery space accommodating around 180 seats will enhance both convenience and cost efficiency for residents.
