The number of participants for this observer group, which aims to support local small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in expanding exports and understanding global industry trends, is set at 34.

This event, held every November, is a leading trade fair in the field of automation systems and components, with over 2,000 companies participating and more than 100,000 visitors attending.

The observer group will visit Nuremberg, where the exhibition is held, as well as Frankfurt and Stuttgart, from November 23 to 29 for a total of seven days and five nights. In addition to attending the exhibition, participants will visit outstanding local companies and attend seminars. The city plans to provide support for 50% of airfare, as well as local transportation, interpretation, and admission fees.

Any employee of a manufacturing company located in Ansan is eligible to apply for the observer group. Interested applicants can submit their applications via email, mail, or in person by July 3. Detailed information can be found in the notice section of the Ansan City Hall website or on the Ansan Chamber of Commerce and Industry website.

The city plans to select the observer group through a quantitative (80%) and qualitative (20%) evaluation based on criteria such as contribution to the local economy, technological capability, export capacity, and the purpose and plan for attending the exhibition.

Lee Minguen, Mayor of Ansan, said, "This SPS visit will be a valuable opportunity to directly experience the latest industrial automation technologies and to enter the global export market."
