'Presidential Office Temporary Homepage' Opens in 15 Days... 3-4 More Months Needed for Official Launch Temporary Homepage of the Presidential Office Opened on the 19th

The Presidential Office opened a temporary homepage on the 19th, just fifteen days after the inauguration of the Lee Jaemyung administration.

In a notice published on the homepage that was made public on this day, the Presidential Office stated, "The Lee Jaemyung administration considers direct communication with the public its top priority," and added, "Accordingly, we have launched a temporary homepage to provide the President's schedule and messages, national policy directions, and video and photo materials quickly and transparently."

The Presidential Office plans to officially launch the homepage in the future, aligning it with the government's national philosophy of a 'digital-based future nation.' However, it is expected that it will take an additional three to four months to complete all the restructuring work.

Meanwhile, it is known that the Presidential Office faced difficulties in establishing the new government homepage. A Presidential Office official explained, "When we first arrived at the (Presidential Office) workplace, there were no computers or any materials at all, so it was challenging to renew and use the temporary homepage," and added, "Since we had to access and transfer various materials stored at the Presidential Archives according to our needs, this process took additional time."
