LH to Announce Results on the 20th
Over 130,000 Apply for Gwacheon Gran Reve Desiang Unranked Subscription
Market Profit Expected to Reach 1 Billion KRW
Approximately 140,000 people applied for the unranked subscription for the Newlywed Hope Town at the S-7 Block of Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town in Gyeonggi Province, where a market profit of around 1 billion KRW is anticipated.
According to Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) on June 18, a total of 138,492 people applied for the unranked subscription for one unit of the 55㎡ exclusive area of 'Gwacheon Gran Reve Desiang' at the S-7 Block in Gwacheon, which was conducted over three days starting from June 16.
This subscription was open to newlywed couples without homes from anywhere in the country, and the sale price remained at around 540 million KRW, the same as when it was first offered in 2020. This attracted significant interest from prospective buyers even before the subscription began.
Some analysts point out that, compared to the prices of neighboring complexes, a market profit of around 1 billion KRW can be expected. As a result, on June 16, a surge of applicants caused delays in accessing the LH subscription homepage, leading LH to extend the subscription deadline by two days.
This unranked subscription was made available because the contract was canceled due to the previous winner's failure to pay the interim payment. The winner will be announced on June 20.
