Lotte Shopping announced on June 18 that its e-commerce platform, LOTTE ON, will hold a partnership event with convenience store chain 7-Eleven and its affiliates called "100-Won Surprise Attack" to celebrate "Mega L.DAY" on June 23.
This event is open to customers who purchase a "7-Eleven Shopping Entry Ticket" in the "L.TOWN" section of LOTTE ON from June 18 to June 23. The entry ticket is sold for 100 won. Participants can check the list of participating stores for the event on June 20 via the official LOTTE ON website, app, and social networking services (SNS).
The event will take place for one day only, on June 23, at a single 7-Eleven store that will be announced in advance. Customers who have purchased an entry ticket and visit the designated store can buy any items they wish, up to a limit of 30,000 won, within a maximum of five minutes on a first-come, first-served basis. However, certain items such as cigarettes and alcoholic beverages are excluded from the event. Customers who do not use their entry ticket on the day of the event can exchange it for a Chupa Chups at any 7-Eleven store nationwide within one month of purchase.
"100-Won Surprise Attack" is an exclusive promotion for customers of L.TOWN, operated by LOTTE ON. L.TOWN is a space that brings together exclusive benefits and limited-edition products from Lotte affiliates. Starting this month, "L.DAY" is held every Monday, and "Mega L.DAY" is held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the last week of each month.
Kim Eunsu, Head of Synergy Marketing at LOTTE ON, said, "This event is a win-win initiative designed to provide customers with a real shopping experience and to boost sales at 7-Eleven franchise stores." Kim added, "We plan to continue expanding various customer experience benefits that encourage customers to visit LOTTE ON before and after visiting Lotte stores."
