The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation has signed a business agreement with the Korea Industrial Human Resources Corporation.
On the 16th, the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation announced that it had entered into a business agreement with the Gyeongin Regional Headquarters of the Korea Industrial Human Resources Corporation to collaborate on major projects based on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management and to cooperate in providing HRD (Human Resource Development) services.
This agreement was promoted to put ESG management into practice and to lay the groundwork for creating a sustainable job ecosystem and fostering local talent.

Under the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on support measures for mutual growth from the perspective of ESG management, provide comprehensive HRD services within job-related projects, share corporate promotion and establish customized support systems by utilizing each institution's infrastructure and resources for major projects, and jointly carry out activities to spread anti-corruption and integrity culture in the local community.
Yoon Deokryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, stated, "This agreement reflects our shared commitment to supporting the sustainable development of local companies and the job ecosystem through cooperation between public institutions practicing ESG management," adding, "We will continue to pursue various forms of collaboration to create a structure where talent and companies can grow together."
