Promoting Youth Employment Support Policies
and Operating Information Booths
Duksung Women's University Career Development Center announced on June 17 that it co-hosted the 'Seoul Employment RUN' event on June 6 at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, together with universities in the Seoul region operating the Ministry of Employment and Labor's University Job Plus Center program, as well as the 2025 University Job Plus Center.
This event was organized by the Seoul Regional University Job Plus Center Council, with 20 universities operating the Ministry of Employment and Labor's University Job Plus Centers jointly planning and participating.
During the event, information was provided to young people visiting the baseball stadium on the holiday and 1,700 invited students from participating universities. The information covered the Ministry of Employment and Labor, youth employment policies of the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the University Job Plus Center, and various employment support programs. In addition, a variety of hands-on events were held.
Yeom Heesoo, a Duksung Women's University graduate, said, "Through the invitation event, I had the opportunity to watch a baseball game and naturally learned about youth employment policies and the University Job Plus Center at the event booths."
A representative from Duksung Women's University stated, "Since this event was held at a professional baseball stadium, which is very popular among young people, it served as an opportunity to increase interest in and awareness of the University Job Plus Center and youth employment policies."
Meanwhile, as a university operating the Ministry of Employment and Labor's University Job Plus Center, Duksung Women's University Career Development Center plans to continue planning and providing a variety of youth employment support programs to help strengthen young people's competitiveness in the job market.
