The Korea Federation of SMEs and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on June 16, 2025, that Jeon Jejung, CEO of SIT, and JaeYoon Hwang, CEO of Rihaon, have been selected as the "Proud SME Entrepreneurs" for the second quarter of 2025. The "Proud SME Entrepreneur" award is a system in which the Korea Federation of SMEs and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups discover and reward outstanding entrepreneurs who have contributed to the development of the national industry through management rationalization, export growth, and technological development, with the aim of promoting exemplary SME leadership.

SIT is a company that manufactures automobile horns, wiper parts, and pressure regulators. Through continuous technological development in the press mold sector, SIT succeeded in localizing automobile parts that previously relied on imports, thereby securing productivity and cost competitiveness, as well as achieving meaningful results such as import substitution.
