Various rallies and events, including the Queer Culture Festival, are scheduled to take place in downtown Seoul on June 14, and traffic congestion is expected.

The Seoul Queer Culture Festival Organizing Committee announced that it will hold an LGBTQ festival from 11:00 a.m. in the Namdaemun-ro area of Jung-gu, Seoul. Starting at 4:00 p.m., participants will march from Jonggak Station, passing Myeongdong Cathedral and Seoul Plaza, and proceed to Euljiro 1-ga Station.

After the march, various booth events are scheduled to continue until 7:00 p.m.

A counter-rally organized by a Protestant group has also been announced. Holy Breakwater plans to hold a rally in front of the Seoul Metropolitan Council in Jung-gu from 1:00 p.m. and will march toward Sungnyemun from 4:00 p.m.

There will also be rallies organized by the Korean Teachers and Education Workers Union Federation, the Korean Teachers and Education Workers Union, and the Korean Federation of Teachers' Associations.

These groups will gather at 2:00 p.m. in front of the Government Complex Seoul in Jongno-gu to commemorate a middle school teacher in Jeju who died last month after suffering from complaints filed by students' families.

In addition, a rally condemning Israel's invasion of the Gaza Strip will be held near Cheonggyecheon, and a memorial event for the late Kim Chunghyun, a subcontracted worker who died while working at Korea Western Power's Taean Thermal Power Plant, will take place in front of the presidential office in Yongsan.
