Governor Park stated, "Pomeranian Voivodeship is a key region driving economic growth and innovation in Europe," and emphasized, "Because it is very similar to Gyeongnam, the potential for mutual cooperation is extremely high."

He added, "Amid increasing strategic cooperation between the Republic of Korea and Poland, I find the cooperation between the core regions of the two countries in the fields of ports, logistics, shipping, and defense industry to be very encouraging."

He also remarked, "With the signing of this agreement, both regions will establish a future-oriented partnership and actively pursue practical cooperation projects in areas such as industry, culture, and tourism."
