Bidding is now underway for the commercial spaces within "Lacherbo Prugio Summit," a complex that is expected to benefit from the steady demand generated by its large-scale apartment community.
Lacherbo Prugio Summit is a residential complex supplied through the redevelopment project of Haengdang District 7 in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of seven buildings, ranging from four basement levels to 35 above-ground floors, with a total of 958 apartment units. The units will be supplied through an open, highest-bid competitive auction with a disclosed minimum price. The auction will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14. Individuals, corporations, or business operators aged 19 or older residing in South Korea are eligible to participate, and the same bidder may bid for multiple units. Contracts will be executed immediately after successful bidders are determined for each unit. The bid deposit is 10 million KRW per unit, and deposits must be made between 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 12 and 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13.
This complex boasts excellent accessibility, which is a key requirement for commercial properties. It is planned within walking distance of Wangsimni Station, a quadruple transfer station where Lines 2, 5, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and Suin-Bundang Line intersect. When the GTX-C line (scheduled for 2028) and the Dongbuk Line (scheduled for 2026) open in the future, the complex will become a mega transfer hub served by a total of six lines.
Additionally, a residential town of approximately 4,000 households, including Seoul Forest Riverview Xi Apartment, Seoul Forest Hanshin The Hue Apartment, and Seoul Forest River Green Dong-A Apartment, is located in front of the complex,
providing a substantial and stable customer base that is crucial for the formation of a thriving commercial district.
The complex has currently achieved a construction progress rate of over 90%, and apartment occupancy is scheduled for late July 2025. With the move-in date approaching soon, tenants are expected to realize profits quickly after opening their businesses.
