Signed a 3 Billion KRW Contract with LG Uplus
Hansol Inticube to Build S-1's Entire Call Center System
Hansol Inticube, a company specializing in AI-based digital contact centers, announced on June 12 that it has won the 'S-1 Call System Advancement Project'.
Hansol Inticube has signed a contract worth approximately 3 billion KRW with LG Uplus, the investor in this project, and will be responsible for building the entire call center system for S-1.
This project aims to upgrade the call system of S-1's customer center, the leading integrated security company in Korea, by incorporating the latest IT technologies to maximize consultation efficiency and customer satisfaction, ultimately establishing a high-quality customer center.
Recently, Hansol Inticube has been strengthening its position in the market by consecutively winning major digital contact center projects from large corporations such as NS Home Shopping (2.9 billion KRW), Mirae Asset Securities (6.1 billion KRW), and Shinhan Financial Plus (7 billion KRW). In particular, the S-1 contract is highly significant as it demonstrates that Hansol Inticube's IPCC (Internet Protocol Contact Center) and AICC (AI Contact Center) technologies, as well as its cost competitiveness, are recognized in the market. A representative from Hansol Inticube stated, "We are enhancing our competitiveness in securing contracts by providing proactive consulting and optimized system proposals based on our understanding of our clients' business environments."
Meanwhile, Hansol Inticube reported a profit for two consecutive quarters in its first quarter earnings announcement, continuing its trend of improved profitability. The company is also accelerating its efforts to target small and medium-sized clients by expanding its cloud-based contact center services.
