The "Yeonsinnae Station Urban Public Housing Complex Project" will be developed at 319 Bulgwang-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and will consist of two buildings with six basement levels and 44 above-ground floors. The total of 392 apartment units will range in exclusive area from 26 to 105 square meters. The complex will include 246 units for public sale, 79 profit-sharing units, and 67 public rental units.

Through this project, Kumho Construction will supply its residential brand "ARTERA," which was launched in May 2024, to Seoul for the first time. The complex will feature a panoramic "Sky Bridge" offering sweeping views of Bukhansan Mountain and the Yeonsinnae city center. A Kumho Construction representative stated, "This contract demonstrates our capabilities in public sector projects as well as the competitiveness of our residential brand. We aim to create a landmark complex at Yeonsinnae Station that will set a new standard for residential living in the northwestern area of Seoul."
