On June 12, Woori Bank announced that it successfully held the 2025 first-half 'Woori W Specialized Seminar' on June 11 at the Josun Palace Hotel, with over 100 key clients and employees in attendance.
This seminar, held under the subtitle 'Woori Art Hanmaeum Privilege Concert,' received an enthusiastic response from participants by offering a variety of programs that encompassed not only financial information but also art and culture.
During the event, docent Lee Changyong, who has worked at leading museums and art galleries both in Korea and abroad, delivered a lecture on 'Why You Haven't Visited an Art Museum and What Makes a Good Painting.' The atmosphere was further elevated by a classical ensemble performance by the Millennium Symphony Orchestra.
Specialized asset management content was also provided. Ham Youngjin, head of Woori Bank's Real Estate Research Lab and a leading real estate expert, gave a special lecture on '2025 Second-Half Real Estate Market Outlook and Strategies.' He offered insights and guidance on real estate asset management amid growing uncertainty in the market due to recent policy changes.
A Woori Bank representative stated, "With rapidly changing domestic and international conditions and increasing uncertainty in asset markets, it is important to take proactive measures tailored to market situations." The representative added, "We will continue to regularly host differentiated, high-quality asset management seminars that meet our clients' expectations to further enhance customer satisfaction."
Meanwhile, Woori Bank's private banking (PB) brand, 'Two Chairs,' provides dedicated asset management services for high-net-worth clients based on the philosophy of 'sitting face-to-face with clients and sharing sincerity.' Its distinguishing feature is offering customized solutions by comprehensively analyzing various factors, including clients' life cycles, income flows, family structures, tax situations, and real estate holdings, rather than simply selling financial products.
