Adforus Achieves Top Score in Google Certification Quality Standards: "Secures Leading Global Google Partnership"

Adforus, which is currently pursuing a merger with Shinyoung SPAC No. 8, announced on June 12 that it has achieved the highest score in Google's GCPP (Google Certified Publishing Partner) evaluation metrics for three consecutive months. Adforus plans to expand its presence in both domestic and international markets based on its partnership with Google.

Adforus Achieves Top Score in Google Certification Quality Standards: "Secures Leading Global Google Partnership"

GCPP is a certification that Google grants to only a very select group of platform companies that have acquired MCM (Multiple Customer Management) qualifications, based on a comprehensive evaluation of various criteria such as media quality, ad impressions, and revenue growth potential. Final selection is made after a rigorous, multifaceted quantitative and qualitative review, based on a certain level of media operation performance and revenue.

Adforus underwent a verification process for about six months after receiving an ad execution proposal from Google Korea for media linked to its own platforms, such as Linkmine and Barista. In November 2023, the company signed an official contract and acquired MCM qualifications. After one year and four months, Adforus succeeded in being promoted to GCPP status.

Since February this year, Adforus has maintained the highest score in media quality, which is a key metric evaluated by Google, for more than three months. The company explained that, after exceeding the GCPP standard requirements for more than ten months and obtaining certification, maintaining a perfect score for an extended period is significant, as it demonstrates that Adforus meets Google's demanding data analysis standards for ad-serving media.

A company representative stated, "Consistently achieving the highest GCPP scores proves not only that Adforus possesses outstanding business capabilities in the field of performance marketing, but also that Google has verified our unique data management technology. We will continue our partnership with Google, the world's leading advertising network, to solidify our position in the domestic market and strengthen our global expansion."

Adforus is seeking a listing on the KOSDAQ market through its merger with Shinyoung SPAC No. 8. There are six companies in Korea, including Adforus, that hold GCPP certification, and upon listing, Adforus is expected to become the only publicly listed advertising platform company in the country with GCPP certification. The company plans to maximize profitability and expand its market presence, focusing on GCPP, which is the highest level of authority related to Google advertising.

Adforus is recognized as one of the top 10 advertising solution companies in the Asia-Pacific region for its creative and innovative technology and performance marketing expertise. In addition to its own advertising platform, the company maximizes revenue for advertisers, web, and app publishers by providing optimized solutions through the integration of Google Ad Manager 360 and RTB (Real-Time Bidding).
