"Subdued Like an Animal, Four-Week Injury"... Victim of "Excessive Security" Reveals Photo A fan involved in the controversy over excessive security of the group H2H revealed a photo of their injured arm. Online community, captured from X.

On June 11, a person identified as A, who described themselves as a victim of assault by the security guard, posted a photo of their bruised arm on X (formerly Twitter). They wrote, "I am twenty years old. I admit I made some mistakes, but after treating a twenty-year-old woman like a criminal being arrested and then releasing a statement, do you really feel nothing?" expressing their frustration.

Previously, on June 8, a video of an H2H security guard pushing and threatening a woman believed to be a fan at Incheon International Airport spread across online communities. In the video, a woman tries to board a shuttle train and bumps into an H2H member, after which the security guard restrains her by the neck with his arm. The guard blocks her and says, "Why are you hitting the member?" Even after the woman says she has a boarding pass, the guard continues to question her, repeatedly asking, "Why are you hitting the member and walking away?"

As the controversy grew, SM Entertainment stated on June 10 through JTBC's "Incident Chief" that "at the artist's departure site, a sasaeng fan repeatedly pushed and attempted physical contact with the members from the airport entrance, displaying repeated disruptive behavior." The company explained, "Despite repeated verbal warnings from the manager and security guard, the individual continued to attempt contact with the members."

They continued, "Afterward, in an effort to reduce inconvenience for regular passengers, the group moved to a relatively quiet area, but the individual again pushed and tried to make contact with the members." The company added, "During the process of restraining this behavior, the security guard momentarily used physical force." Additionally, SM Entertainment stated, "We have strongly demanded that the security company and the guard in question prevent any recurrence and have protested regarding the excessive response."

Regarding SM's statement, A responded, "Is it okay to post something that isn't true?" They added, "I fully acknowledge that it was my fault for bumping into a member because our paths overlapped. But is it acceptable to subdue someone like an animal just because their shoulder bumped into someone?"

A suffered a four-week injury, including a hairline fracture in their arm, but said they would not file a complaint. They stated, "I don't know how far I can go fighting a large corporation on my own," and added, "I no longer have the strength to respond to an agency that issues a statement denying the facts based solely on the guard's account."
