On June 10, Coupang announced that it will be holding its June "Black Daily Essentials Week" for Wow members until June 15.

Black Daily Essentials Week is an event designed to ease the burden on Wow members' shopping carts by gathering popular daily essentials and offering them at discounted prices. The event is held six times a year. For this event, around 2,000 products across various categories?including hair, body, and oral care items, laundry and kitchen detergents, toilet paper, and feminine products?are being offered at discounted prices, with participation from popular brands such as Good Feel, Downy, and Pigeon.

There is also a "One Day First-Come, First-Served" section. On this day only, popular products are sold at 990 won, 1,990 won, and 2,990 won. Wow members can receive same-day delivery at the earliest, or dawn delivery and Rocket Delivery at the latest, even if they purchase just one product priced at 990 won.

In the "Relay Half-Price Special" section, 12 products with discounts of up to 50% are newly introduced on specific days of the week. In addition, the "MD's Pick" section features 12 of Coupang's best-selling popular products at discounted prices. There are also coupons that provide up to an additional 20% off depending on the purchase amount: 2,000 won off purchases over 20,000 won, 4,000 won off purchases over 30,000 won, and 10,000 won off purchases over 50,000 won.

A Coupang representative stated, "We plan to offer daily essentials such as detergents and toilet paper, which need to be purchased regularly, at affordable prices," adding, "We will continue to reduce the cost burden on Wow members' shopping carts through Black Daily Essentials Week."
