The event is open to new customers or dormant customers who have not made any transactions for the past three months. The event runs until July 31.
Participation is simple. After selecting a desired US stock on the Kiwoom Securities event page, participants need to share the event details with acquaintances 10 times via KakaoTalk.
Once participation is completed, the selected US fractional stock will be awarded in full, ranging from a minimum of 10,000 KRW to a maximum of 100,000 KRW. The confirmed stock will be credited to the participant's Kiwoom Securities account.
For this event, customers can choose one out of six US stocks. The available stocks are Nvidia, Tesla, Palantir Technologies, Apple, QQQ, and SCHD, which are the six most popular stocks collected by customers through Kiwoom Securities' installment investment service "Stock More Collecting."
"Stock More Collecting" is a service that allows users to automatically purchase US stocks on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, starting from as little as 2,000 KRW. All purchase and currency exchange fees are fully waived, allowing users to accumulate US stocks regularly without any fee burden.
