Korean-Language Customer Service Center Operates 24/7
Chinese e-commerce platform AliExpress announced on June 5 that it has officially launched its travel specialty section, "AliExpress Travel."
AliExpress Travel is an integrated travel system that allows users to book flights, accommodations, and various admission tickets all in one place. By linking with Fliggy, Alibaba Group's online travel platform, the service enables reservations for more than 1.5 million overseas hotels, over 25,000 direct flights, and tickets to more than 8,000 tourist attractions and theme parks.

A Korean-language customer service center is also available at all times for Korean customers. The center provides real-time support throughout the entire travel process, including booking, payment, and cancellation.
To celebrate the launch of the specialty section, AliExpress will offer 50% discount coupons for airline tickets on a first-come, first-served basis for one day only on June 6, and will provide opportunities to purchase special travel products at half price, among other benefits.
An AliExpress representative stated, "Going forward, AliExpress Travel aims to set a new standard in the global travel market by offering more countries, a wider variety of themed travel products, and even more benefits." The representative added, "Just like our slogan, 'For overseas travel, AliTravel is all you need,' we will support Korean consumers' travel experiences with easy booking and exceptional benefits."
