President Lee Jaemyung on June 5 withdrew the nominations of Lee Wan-kyu and Ham Sanghun as Constitutional Court justice candidates, who had been nominated by former Prime Minister Han Ducksoo during the administration of Yoon Sukyeol.
Kang Yujeong, spokesperson for the presidential office, stated during a briefing, "President Lee has withdrawn the nominations of Lee Wan-kyu and Ham Sanghun, which were made by former Prime Minister Han without proper authority."
