Adforus Enters AI Machine Learning-Based Scenario Optimization Market

Adforus, which is currently pursuing a merger with Shinyoung SPAC No.8, announced on June 5 that it will enter the machine learning-based scenario optimization service market through its proprietary advertising platform, CUBEMINE.

This service is a core component of Atier, Adforus's Palantir Foundry-type artificial intelligence (AI) advertising data operating system (OS), which the company has recently been advancing. It is designed to analyze and automate the execution of customer-tailored advertising scenarios in real time. The system comprehensively analyzes performance by client, conversion rates by time slot, and response rates to advertising creatives, enabling the automatic derivation and execution of optimal strategies.

Adforus plans to begin implementing scenario optimization services centered on its proprietary platform, CUBEMINE. CUBEMINE is a performance DSP (Demand Side Platform) that performs real-time bidding and targeting. In particular, it is integrated with a global network, enabling the simultaneous provision of services not only to domestic but also to international clients.

Adforus has already completed the first phase of development for its machine learning-based automated advertising budget optimization feature within CUBEMINE and is currently conducting further enhancements to apply AI. The company explained that it will realize scenario optimization services by tuning models and upgrading systems using its proprietary algorithms trained on existing data.

A representative from Adforus stated, "We will build the entire value chain within the Adforus platform so that advertisers can make strategic decisions and execute them all through CUBEMINE. Based on our differentiated technological competitiveness and diverse references, we have already earned the trust of our clients, and we expect a significant increase in new client acquisitions as well as retention of existing clients."

He added, "By applying machine learning algorithms, we can internalize a feedback loop that learns performance data and automatically adjusts strategies, which will enable real-time maximization of budget efficiency and conversion rates. Starting with CUBEMINE, we will expand this technology across all our platforms to accelerate the transition to a strategy-driven business model."
