The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on June 3, "Due to the presidential inauguration ceremony the following day, traffic will be controlled in the Hyeonchung-ro and Nodeul-ro areas in the morning, and in the Gukhoe-daero area in the afternoon, so congestion is expected."

To minimize inconvenience to citizens, the police plan to provide real-time traffic updates through roadside electronic display boards and traffic broadcasts. In addition, 535 traffic police officers will be deployed to help ensure smooth vehicle flow.

A police official stated, "As traffic congestion is expected, we ask citizens to refrain from using vehicles if possible. If you must drive, please check the controlled sections in advance and take detours from a distance whenever possible."
