There have been reports that Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), the European football champions from France, have decided to listen to transfer offers for Kangin Lee from other clubs.
On June 2 (local time), French sports outlet L'Equipe reported, "If the financial terms are satisfactory, PSG is open to transfer proposals for both Kangin Lee and Goncalo Ramos."
A key PSG official stated, "We will not sell any player for a bargain price," and added, "If you want our players, you must meet the price we set."
Kangin Lee's contract with PSG runs until 2028. It is known that PSG spent 22 million euros (approximately 34.6 billion won) to bring Kangin Lee from Mallorca (Spain) in 2023.
On June 1, PSG defeated Inter Milan (Italy) 5-0 in the UEFA Champions League (UCL) final, making Kangin Lee a Champions League winner. However, in the second half of this season, he was pushed to a substitute role. Due to manager Luis Enrique's preference for quick attacking transitions, Kangin Lee, who tends to hold the ball and link up the next play, did not have many opportunities to play.
Meanwhile, Arsenal (England), Manchester United (England), Atletico Madrid (Spain), and Napoli (Italy) are reportedly showing interest in Kangin Lee.
