Guro District Holds First Regulatory Reform Task Force Meeting... 12 Agenda Items Approved Guro District held the "2025 Regulatory Reform Task Force (TF) 1st Meeting" on the 2nd at the Renaissance Hall of the district office to discuss regulatory reform tasks. Provided by Guro District.

This meeting was the first to be held since the launch of the "Regulatory Reform Promotion Team" on May 20, which consists of nine members including the deputy district mayor as the head and directors of bureaus and divisions. The meeting was organized to pursue stabilization of residents' livelihoods and practical, on-site changes through regulatory improvements directly related to daily life.

The approved agenda items included expanding the scope of places where the Munhwa Nuri Card can be used, easing regulations on the total floor area of support facilities in knowledge industry centers, converting comprehensive social welfare center inspections into an integrated system, implementing a non-stop public support process for the establishment of reconstruction associations, and automatically extending regular inspections for two-wheeled vehicles during winter. These on-site proposals are expected to alleviate residents' inconveniences and enhance administrative efficiency.

The district plans to submit the adopted agenda items to relevant agencies and immediately implement those that can be improved internally. In addition, Guro District will operate an incentive system to encourage participation in regulatory reform, hold regular bimonthly meetings led by the Regulatory Reform Task Force, and continue on-site efforts such as operating a mobile regulatory reporting center to actively identify regulatory issues.

Jang Inhong, Mayor of Guro District, emphasized, "All of the agenda items approved at this meeting are closely connected to the lives of our residents," adding, "We will continue to pursue administrative changes that residents can truly feel through effective regulatory reforms."
