The purpose of this agreement is to establish a support system for employment services that covers the entire cycle from youth career exploration to job placement, and to help local talent settle in the region.

The three institutions plan to jointly promote projects to revitalize youth employment through initiatives such as: ▲ joint operation of career exploration, academic advancement, and employment programs; ▲ providing practical, hands-on career experience opportunities; and ▲ offering customized employment services.

President Heo Namsik stated, "Collaboration between educational and administrative institutions lays the foundation for local youth to remain in the region," adding, "I hope this will lead to a sustainable regional development model."

Going forward, Silla University plans to continue strengthening the employment capabilities of local youth and enhance cooperation with public institutions and local companies, thereby continuing its role as a hub for nurturing regionally-based talent.
