MVP Development and Visits to Leading Global Companies
The Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education announced on June 2 that it recently conducted the "Glocal New Industry Startup Experience Project Domestic Experience Activity" in the Pangyo Techno Valley area of Gyeonggi-do.
This experience program was held for 36 high school students from the province who were selected in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI). The program focused on developing practical startup capabilities through the Startup Campus Entrepreneurship Experience Center's challenge program and visits to leading global companies.

The participating students took part in a variety of programs, including understanding and creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), education on attracting startup investment and IR pitching, visits to leading crowdfunding company Wadiz and Naver headquarters, and special lectures by prominent startup founders in the AI and robotics sectors.
In particular, the students received expert consulting on their team startup items and went through a mock investment attraction process, thereby enhancing the completeness of their projects. These outcomes are scheduled to be submitted to the upcoming "Korea Youth Startup Competition."
Following this domestic experience activity, the Provincial Office of Education plans to operate a residential mentoring program at Stanford University in the United States this August and to present the results at the "J-Startup Mock Investment Briefing Session."
Superintendent Kim Daejung stated, "This project was designed to help students develop the ability to independently explore their career paths and grow into talents who can contribute to and settle in their local communities in the future." He added, "We will continue to support students so they can foster communication, collaboration, and a sense of responsibility based on entrepreneurial spirit."
