Launch of "Watermelon Juice" Packed with Whole Watermelons
Sales Period Extended Through September
On June 2, Twosome Place announced that it will launch a lineup of watermelon beverages for the summer season, including its fresh fruit "Watermelon Juice" made with whole watermelons.
Watermelon Juice is Twosome Place's signature summer drink, with over 1.6 million cups sold during last year's summer season alone. This translates to an average of about 17,000 cups sold per day.
This year, Twosome Place will once again introduce a beverage made by blending whole watermelons and adding large watermelon cubes to create a fresh fruit juice. The sales period, which previously ended in August, will be extended through September this year.
The newly introduced "Woori Watermelon Hwache" is a unique summer beverage designed to be eaten with a spoon. It offers the juicy flavor and diverse textures of fruit, blurring the line between a beverage and a dessert. Its large size makes it an ideal snack for the hot summer months.
Twosome Place will also launch "Peach Juice," a fruit beverage that captures the full flavor of nectarines. The rich juice of nectarines fills the mouth, while a rosemary topping adds a subtle aroma for a refreshing finish. Peach Juice will be available as a regular menu item starting this season.
A Twosome Place representative stated, "Recently, the summer beverage market has been shifting toward trends that emphasize not only the refreshing taste of fruit, but also the overall experience, including visual appeal and texture. This summer, starting with 'Watermelon Juice,' we plan to introduce products that highlight the natural flavors and appeal of fruit, offering customers a pleasant refreshment time even in the heat."
