Special Tasting Session Available with Advance Reservation
Chungnam Province and the Chungnam Agricultural Sixth Industry Center announced on June 3 that they will hold the '2025 Chungnam Alcohol TOP10 Special Exhibition and Tasting' at the Traditional Liquor Gallery (18 Bukchon-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul) from June 5 to June 8.
The traditional liquors to be exhibited include a total of 10 varieties: Takju (Ganwol-do Dalbitttara), Yakju and Cheongju (Hansan Sogokju, Nokcheon Hansan Sogokju, Hansan Myeongpum Sogokju, Daecheonbada Geumbit), Fruit Wine (Chusa Apple Wine), Distilled Spirits (Dureang Moktong Suksungju, Cheonnyeonjigi Hansan Sogok Hwaju, Taean Byeolju 40), and Other Liquor (Gamtanju).
Visitors can participate in the exhibition and tasting events without prior reservation. However, a special tasting session will also be held for both domestic and international participants who register in advance.
Lee Hyukse, Director of Rural Restructuring at Chungnam Province, stated, "This special exhibition is a meaningful opportunity to experience the diverse charms of Chungnam's traditional liquors firsthand in the city," and added, "We hope that through traditional liquor, the culture and stories of the region will spread widely."
