Various Support for Commercialization and Startup Education

Dong-Eui University (President Han Suhwan) held the '2025 Startup Club Launch Ceremony' at the Prime Seminar Room in the Changui Hall on May 26.
Over 100 people attended the event, including Vice President for External Affairs Lim Geon, Director of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation Kim Sunghee, Head of the Startup Education Center Lee Hyunseop, and students from startup clubs. The event featured a report on the progress of club operations, guidance on upcoming activities, and an oath ceremony.
The Climate Service Division of the Busan Regional Meteorological Administration also participated, providing an explanation of the startup idea contest hosted by the Meteorological Administration and introducing how to participate in the competition.
Vice President for External Affairs Lim Geon stated, "Since we have been selected for the Ministry of Education's RISE support project this year, we will expand startup education and support so that students' entrepreneurial activities can lead to local settlement and regional development. I look forward to seeing innovative ideas that can change the world emerge from the passion of youth."
Dong-Eui University continues to see active startup club activities, with 12 teams selected for the '2024 Student Startup Promising Team 300+' hosted by the Ministry of Education, and 8 teams selected for the '2023 Student Startup Promising Team 300.'
