On the afternoon of May 27, just one week before the 21st presidential election, Korea Post employees are receiving overseas ballots that have been returned to Korea at the International Mail Logistics Center at Incheon International Airport. The National Election Commission, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Korea Post, checks and sorts overseas ballots sent from 223 overseas polling stations in 118 countries via diplomatic pouches, and then sends them to district, city, and county election commissions.
