On May 26, a video titled "Three Presidential Candidates Visit Hong Jin-kyung (Lee Jae-myung, Kim Moon-soo, Lee Jun-seok)" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Gongbu Wang Jjin Cheonjae Hong Jin-kyung.' The 1-minute and 20-second teaser video shows Hong Jin-kyung meeting and talking with each of the presidential candidates.
Hong Jin-kyung said, "The people of Korea have to make their decision and elect a president in such a short amount of time. That's why I wanted to have a session where we could hear the candidates' thoughts on policies and other issues in a more impactful way."
Hong Jin-kyung asked the three candidates, "When was your last kiss?" Lee Jae-myung laughed and replied, "Who would tell you that?" Kim Moon-soo answered, "I still kiss every day these days." Lee Jun-seok simply laughed off the question.
When asked, "What policy would you most like to implement if you become president?" Kim Moon-soo said, "I will give 100 million won unconditionally to anyone who has a child." Lee Jun-seok said, "I want to create a world where no one struggles with math." Lee Jae-myung mentioned "eliminating selfish driving."
In the video, the three candidates also sang their favorite songs. Lee Jun-seok performed "At the Subway Station in Front of City Hall," Lee Jae-myung sang "A Woman Who Left at Night," and Kim Moon-soo passionately sang "Wild Rose."
The order in which the interviews with Hong Jin-kyung and the presidential candidates will be released was determined by rolling dice. Kim Moon-soo's video will be released at 8 a.m. on May 28, Lee Jun-seok's video at 1 p.m. on the same day, and Lee Jae-myung's video at 6 p.m. on the same day.
Meanwhile, 'Gongbu Wang Jjin Cheonjae Hong Jin-kyung' is a YouTube channel that introduces various study methods, featuring a concept that combines education and entertainment. The channel currently has 1.76 million subscribers. During the previous presidential election, then-candidates Lee Jae-myung of the Democratic Party of Korea, Yoon Suk-yeol of the People Power Party, and Ahn Cheol-soo of the People's Party also appeared on the channel, drawing significant attention.
