Hong Woojeong, head of the Seoul Family Center, stated, "In order to foster a culture friendly to pregnancy, childbirth, and childrearing, we will offer tailored programs for various groups, including grandparents and infertile couples, in collaboration with Seoul City and the 25 district family centers across Seoul."
