Siheung City to Operate "Park Trainer" Program for Proper Use of Park Exercise Equipment

Program to Be Held by Region Starting June 9

The Siheung City Happy Health Center in Gyeonggi Province will operate the "Park Trainer" education program, where professional instructors will visit and directly teach the correct use of exercise equipment in parks, over four sessions from June 9 to June 19.

This program includes stretching education to prevent injuries before and after exercise, as well as instructions on how to use the exercise equipment in each park. Any resident of Siheung City can participate in the program free of charge.

The city will conduct the program in a rotating manner, dividing it by region into northern, central, and southern areas. The first session will be held on June 9 at Mugunghwa Hill in Okgu Park in the southern region. The second session will take place on June 12 at Geombawi Sky Park in the northern region, the third session on June 16 at Siheung Central Hessen Apartment in the southern region, and the fourth session on June 19 at Neunggok Central Park in the central region.
