The Gyeongbuk Community Chest (Chairman Woohyun Jeon) announced on May 21 that it had received supplies for wildfire victims at the headquarters of Daecho Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.
The donation ceremony was attended by Jaehong Kim, CEO of Daecho Pharmaceuticals, Woohyun Jeon, chairman of the Gyeongbuk Community Chest, and other officials. The donated items consist of 200 sets of summer blankets worth 20 million won, which will be delivered to wildfire victims in Yeongyang County, Gyeongbuk, who suffered significant damage, in preparation for the upcoming summer season.

Daecho Pharmaceuticals prepared these supplies to support the daily lives of wildfire victims as the weather gradually gets warmer. As a local pharmaceutical company, Daecho Pharmaceuticals has consistently participated in various volunteer and social contribution activities in the region.
Jaehong Kim, CEO of Daecho Pharmaceuticals, who delivered the supplies, stated, "I hope this will provide at least some help to the wildfire victims who lost their homes and livelihoods due to the massive fire," and added, "We will continue to work with the local community and strive to be a company that takes the lead in helping during difficult times."
