On May 21, Hyundai Construction announced that it had conducted a special inspection for heatwave response at the 'Hillstate Mediale' construction site in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. Hwang Junha, Chief Safety Officer (CSO) of Hyundai Construction, reviewed the on-site response measures and urged compliance with laws related to heatwaves. The company also launched a site-specific campaign called the "3 GO" program to prevent heat-related illnesses. This program, based on the slogan "Drink, Shield, Cool," refers to the three key work management rules: providing water, implementing shading measures, and offering rest. Reflecting guidelines from the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the company has designated the period from June 1 to the end of September as a special management period for the prevention of heat-related illnesses and plans to implement company-wide preventive activities to protect workers' health.
