Homeplus announced on the 21st that it will integrate its delivery brands under the name 'Magic Delivery'.


'Magic Delivery' is an abbreviation for 'Direct Delivery from Store'. This integration of delivery brands was planned to intuitively convey the strengths of Homeplus Online, where skilled professional pickers carefully select and deliver quality products. It also carries the meaning of delivering fresh products from Homeplus stores nationwide as quickly as if by magic.

Homeplus Integrates Delivery Brands Under 'Magic Delivery'... Offers 10% Discount Coupons A model is introducing Homeplus online integrated delivery brand 'Magic Delivery' at the 'Homeplus Mega Food Market' Gangseo branch in Deungchon-dong, Seoul on the 21st. Provided by Homeplus.

Homeplus aims to maximize awareness of its delivery and pickup services by unifying the names of its segmented services under the powerful single brand 'Magic'. The service previously known as 'Mart Direct Delivery', which offers same-day and customized delivery from hypermarkets, will be rebranded as 'Magic Delivery'. The quick commerce service 'Immediate Delivery', which delivers from Homeplus Express supermarkets in about an hour, will be renamed 'Magic Now'. The 'Pickup' service, where customers choose a preferred time to visit the store after placing an order, will be changed to 'Magic Pickup'.


Additional delivery options have been introduced to further enhance customer satisfaction. One example is 'Combined Delivery', which allows customers to add forgotten items to their original order and receive them together without extra delivery fees. Customers can also choose the 'Out-of-Stock Product Substitution' option, which allows them to receive the most similar product at no additional cost if an item is out of stock.


To celebrate the brand integration, Homeplus is holding a discount event. Until the 27th, customers can receive a 10% discount coupon and a free delivery coupon for use with 'Magic Delivery' and 'Magic Now' orders on Homeplus Online. Any Homeplus Online customer can download these coupons. In addition, customers who complete an order in May will receive stackable 20% discount coupons for milk, eggs, and cheese, which can be used from June to August.


Cho Doyeon, Head of Marketing at Homeplus (Executive Director), said, "This reorganization aims to provide a turning point by intuitively integrating the previously different delivery and pickup brand names, allowing us to better communicate the strengths of Homeplus Online." She added, "By analyzing customer data by channel, such as hypermarkets and supermarkets, and strengthening lifestyle-focused delivery, we will offer flexible and convenient services that keep pace with the rapidly changing e-commerce trends."
